||How To Control Rape & Crime in Hindi-English||रेप या क्राइम को कैसे रोका जा सकता हैं ||आपको यह जरुर पढ़ना चाहिए ||Amarjeet Kumar||

 

हमारे देश में Rape & Crime एक अविशाप बनकर रह गया हैं | जो ख़त्म होने का नाम ही नहीं ले रहा हैं | और नहीं हमारे देश की सरकार इसे ख़त्म करना चाहती हैं | 

मुझे  एक बात समझ में नहीं आता हैं कि हमारे देश के प्रधानमंत्री ,राष्ट्रमंत्री ,मुख्यमंत्री और अन्य जो मंत्री हैं ,उनको येसब सुनने  के बाद नींद कैसे आ सकता हैं ? 

हाँ ,नींद क्यों नहीं आ  सकता हैं ?सैलरी आता ही हैं ,साथ में ब्लैक  मनी भी आता ही होगा | जब लाइफ इतना कम्फ़र्टेबल हो तो ,साहब को नींद कैसे नहीं आ सकता हैं  ? भले जनता मर भी जाये तो ,उनको कोई फर्क नहीं परनेवाला हैं | क्योंकि उनका फैमिली तो सेफ हैं | 

 

आज मैं कुछ रूल ( नियम  ) बताऊंगा | अगर सरकार वह रूल अप्लाई करती हैं तो , 100 % तो नहीं , लेकिन 99 % Rape  & Crime  ख़त्म हो जायेगा | ----------

Rule No.1 ) यदि बस , ट्रक ,ऑटो , ट्रैन------ इन जैसे  गाड़ियों में Rape  या  Crime होता हैं तो , सबसे पहले उस गाड़ी के ड्राइवर औऱ कंडक्टर को पकड़ा जाये | फिर उसके बाद गाड़ी के ओनर को पकड़ा जाये | थर्ड डिग्री टॉर्चर के साथ पूछताछ हो और उम्र कैद साल का जेल या फांसी हों | उसके फैमिली में से कोई भी जिंदगी भर कोई भी जॉब नहीं कर पायेगा | इससे ये फायदा होगा कि ओनर अपने बन्दे को मोटीवेट करेगा की यात्री का सेफ्टी का ध्यान रखना हमारा काम हैं | अगर पैसेंजर का फीडबैक ख़राब रहा ,तो तुम्हे नौकरी से निकाल दिया जायेगा | 

Rule No.2)  स्कूल , कॉलेज , हॉस्टल ,सिनेमा हॉल-----इन जैसे जगहों पर अगर रेप या क्राइम होता हैं तो , सबसे पहले उसके सभी स्टाफ और ओनर को पकड़ा जायेगा | फिर उसके बाद   थर्ड डिग्री टॉर्चर के साथ पूछताछ हो और उम्र कैद साल का जेल या फांसी हों |

 Rule No.3 ) अगर किसी भी लड़की के साथ मार्केट में कोई छेड़खानी या बतमीजी करता हैं तो , सबसे पहले उसके सामने वाले दुकानदार को पकड़ा जायेगा | इससे ये फायदा होगा कि लोगो को अपनी अपनी काम के आलावा आते जाते लोगो पर भी  ध्यान रहेगा | क्योंकि बेटी चाहे किसी का भी हों , आखिर हैं तो हमारे बेटी जैसी | 

Rule No.4  ) अगर जिस गांव में  रेप या क्राइम होता हैं तो ,सबसे पहले उस गांव के मुखिया , सरपंच , विधायक ----पकड़ा जायेगा | अगर  उस छेत्र के पुलिस सही टाइम पर कोई एक्शन नहीं लेती  हैं और गुनाहगार को पकड़ कर उसके खिलाफ एक्शन नहीं लेता हैं , तो इस सिचुएशन में पूरा पुलिस  डिपार्टमेंट को भी गुनाहकार माना  जायेगा  और जॉब से भी निकाला जा सकता हैं | 

रेपिस्टकरनेवाले को बिच चौराहे पैर खड़ा करके जिन्दा जला दिया जायेगा और पुरे इंडिया में उसे लाइव दिखाया जायेगा | जिससे देखने के बाद फिर से  किसी का  हिमत नहीं करेगा कि कभी भी किसी भी अकेली लड़की को गन्दी नज़र देखने का | क्योंकि ये सब कण्ट्रोल करने के  लिए सबके अंडर डर होना बहुत जरुरी हैं |

In our country Rape & Crime has ceased to be a non-curse.  Who is not taking the name of the end.  No more, the government of our country wants to end this.

 I do not understand one thing that how can the Prime Minister, National Minister, Chief Minister and other ministers of our country get sleep after listening to them?

Yes, why can't you sleep? Salary comes, black money will also come.  When life is so comfortable, how can sir not sleep?  Even if people die, they don't care.  Because their family is safe.

Today I will tell you some rules (rules).  If the government applies that rule, then not 100%, but 99% Rape & Crime will end.  ----------

Rule No.1) If there is a Rape or Crime in vehicles like bus, truck, auto, train ------, then the driver and conductor of that vehicle should be caught first.  Then after that the owner of the car is caught.  Third degree torture should be interrogated and imprisoned for life or imprisonment.  None of his family will be able to do any job for life.  It will be beneficial that the owner will obey his or her bond that it is our job to take care of the passenger's safety.  If the feedback from the passenger is poor, you will be fired.

 Rule No.2) If there is rape or crime in places like school, college, hostel, cinema hall ----- then first of all its staff and owner will be caught.  Then after that you should be interrogated with third degree torture and imprisoned for life or imprisonment.

 Rule No.3) If someone molest or intimidate any girl in the market, then the shopkeeper in front of him will be caught.  It will benefit from this that in addition to their own work, people will also have to pay attention to the people.  Because no matter who the daughter is, after all, we are like our daughter.

Rule No.4) If there is a rape or crime in the village, then the head, sarpanch, MLA of that village will be caught first.  If the police of that area do not take any action at the right time and do not take action against the culprit, then the entire police department will also be considered a culprit in this situation and can be removed from the job.

The rapist will be burnt alive by standing at the middle of the square and he will be shown live all over India.  After which, after seeing this, no one will ever be able to ever see any single girl with a dirty look.  Because to control all these, it is very important for everyone to have an underlying fear.
